Refunds and Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or broken let me know and I will make it right. if I issue a refund to you for a broken item it will be minus the cost of shipping.

Sometimes photos can be misleading if I take a closeup picture of a very small item to show its details. I will however make it right if I inadvertently send you the wrong item if I should happen to get my envelopes mixed up when I am shipping multiple orders on the same day. I try and be as careful as I can but I am human and accidents happen. Please allow me the chance to make it right before leaving a negative feedback. I do value all of my customers and love the chance to make everyone happy.

I must be contacted within 3 days of the item's receipt if it is broken or the wrong item. If you have not contacted me within this time frame I will assume that your order is fine and will not be responsible for refunding your money or sending you a new item. Also, once an item has been scanned as delivered, I am not responsible for replacing it should it go missing after that fact.
